SHIPPING POLICY
Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from transit time. We will send an order confirmation after purchase and a tracking email when the order ships.
United States shipping options
For eligible U.S. addresses, the shipping methods currently offered are:
Standard Shipping + Tracking — $4.99 — estimated delivery in 8–14 business days after processing.
Protected Shipping + Tracking — $7.99 — estimated delivery in 8–14 business days after processing.
Available methods and final charges are shown at checkout. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, high order volume, incorrect address information, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking number is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
Address changes
Please review your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact snorly.official@proton.me as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped. Customers are responsible for additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, except where prohibited by law.
Delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrect orders
If an order is delayed, marked delivered but not received, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact snorly.official@proton.me with your order number and relevant details. We may request photos of damaged packaging or products so we can investigate with the carrier and offer an appropriate resolution.
